Headlining The Cape Fear Blues Festival at The Rusty Nail!
I’m headlining at The Cape Fear Blues Festival this Saturday July 25th at Wilmington North Carolina’s premier music venue THE RUSTY NAIL. Accompanying me will be two of Wilmington’s amazing musicians: Richard “Ray” Kern and drumming sensation and my pal from Berklee College of Music Lee Venters. I’ve been so much looking forward to this show and it signals the close of my festival performances for the summer. I will be spending the next few weeks with Judy and Jasper on a much anticipated family vacation. Don’t worry though, I will be hard at work on my new CD of which I intend to release in January!
Last Weeks Shows in Norway & Asbury Park
Its been an amazing whirlwind the past few weeks BUT its been so much fun! Last weeks shows at Fan It Blues Festival in Molde Norway were over the top and then to come right back and play Asbury Park Blues & Brews Festival was too much fun. I was so excited there was no way I could be jet lagged!
Despite being on vacation, I will be doing a few cool shows in August. August 14th I will be back in Philadelphia at The Twisted Tail and on August 29th I will be opening for The Primadonna Reeds CD release party at NYC’s newest music club Spin 48 East 23rd St NY NY! IT’S GONNA BE FUN!
Keep your eyes open for the upcoming issue of Big City Blues Magazine where you can read my article about “Jammers” from NYC and beyond!
I hope to see you at one of my shows!
