Let me start off by saying my shows in Norway and Holland were amazing and I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to be able to travel overseas. I wish I could take all my American friends with me to meet their European blues brothers and sisters. In the blues world we are all one big family no matter what country you’re from! I’m especially thankful for reconnecting with my old friend Paul Berner who some years ago emigrated to Holland with his lovely wife Monique. He accompanied me on bass at Bluesroute Helmond at Café Franske along side Dutch drumming sensation Arthur Lijten and those boys ROCKED! I can’t wait to see them again! A special shout out to promoter Ron Pennings who brought me to Holland for my first ever show there!
Oct 28th I will be the special guest at the Roxy & Dukes Wednesday jam hosted by Lenny DePiano featuring: Wayne Lyle (bass) and Jim Hart. I always have so much fun playing with those guys and the jammers are always top notch!
